These two methods cost nothing to use, and will deliver your funds, safely and immediately to Roy's account.
If you are new to this method of paying obligations it could be an opportunity to give it a try using a nominal amount as your first attempt at using either of these APPS.   Most major banks already support and offer Zelle as part of their services.
